The Hamner Place Bldg. 3 & 4 project included two new wood framed commercial retail buildings built for Lyle Parks Jr. Construction in Eastvale, CA. Building 3 was a new 2,217 sf Starbucks and Building 4 was a new 8,029 sf retail shell.
