The Moreno Valley Skilled Nursing Facility was our first project completed under the building standards of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Core partnered with Lusardi Construction Co. on this single-story 45,000 square foot, 99 bedroom, ground up skilled nursing center.

The roof system for this building was comprised of plated trusses reaching 13’ on the high side of the sloped trusses.
