Sundance Active Adult Community Center was a wood framed 16,500 sf Community center building, 1,000 sf Restroom Building, and 2,000 sf Guard Building built for Pardee Homes in Beaumont, CA. RedBuilt I-Joists were installed for the roof structure and 1×6 T&G DF was installed under exterior overhangs. This was an OCIP project and completed in 2017.
