The Pacific Highlands Ranch Elementary School project was a new school campus in San Diego, CA for the Del Mar Union School District. Core completed the rough carpentry scope on these new CMU and wood framed bldgs. for Erickson-Hall Construction who was the Lease Lease-Back Contractor.  Installation included Alaskan Yellow Cedar Glulam beam roof structure, interior framing and DF select exposed T&G exposed ceilings all being completed under AB 3018 – Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements.
