The Marriott Dual Branded Hotel in Hawthorne, CA involved the demolition of an exiting building and construction of a 213,382 SF 5-Story modular hotel with 354 guestrooms, 4,000 SF of restaurant, meeting rooms and outdoor pool area. Core completed the parapet wall on the roof, double shear walls in the hallways and the wood framing in the common area.
