CORE Contracting, Inc. is a full service Commercial Wood Framing and Carpentry contractor that is signatory to the Carpenters Union. We serve all of California, from Sacramento South to the US-Mexico border and as far East as El Centro and the Imperial Valley. Our reputation was built on our performance and our expertise is in serving our clients and building relationships.

We have the knowledge and the man-power to tackle any commercial wood framing project. We enjoy an outstanding reputation in the banking and surety world and have the bonding capacity in place to bond any size wood framing project. We have a stellar safety record with a modification rating well below industry standards. Our carpenters are union trained and we are able to fully comply with SB 693 requirements for “Skilled and Trained Workforce” standards on best value, design-build, and lease-leaseback school projects.
